Refractory Fire Bricks & Shapes
Active Refractories are engineered using carefully selected fractions of high-purity refractory grog, plastic fire clays, and non-plastic clays. These raw materials are precisely proportioned and blended in counter-current mixers to ensure complete homogeneity. The thoroughly mixed material is then shaped using high-capacity hydraulic presses to achieve the required dimensions and geometry. Finally, the pressed forms are fired in advanced coal-fired tunnel kilns at controlled temperatures ranging from 1300°C to 1450°C, ensuring exceptional strength, density, and thermal stability.
